House Rules

By entering into the Membership Agreement and becoming a member of Pie in the Sky, all members have accepted and must abide by the Terms of Service and House Rules. Any member in violation of the House Rules will be subject to warnings and immediate removal depending on the conditions of his/her violation.

Members must:

Respect the space and privacy of other members.

Be respectful and take care of the space at Pie in the Sky.

Remember Pie in the Sky is first and foremost a place for people to work, so members must be mindful and keep the volume down.

Lock the main entry door once you enter or leave the place to safeguard everyone’s security.

Not open doors or enter rooms that are not assigned to you, which include but are not limited to storage rooms, occupied bathrooms, and other private rooms or spaces occupied by or assigned to other Pie in the Sky members or Pie in the Sky staff members.

Turn all the lights off in your room and bathroom before you leave the room. If you are the last person to use the common area, turn all the lights off in the common area before you leave.

Use floor/table lamps instead of ceiling lights after 9pm to not disturb other members.

Thoroughly rinse and wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchenware that you use and put them in the dishwasher to dry.

Not touch the thermostat. If you’d like to change the temperature, please let us know.

Not spend more than 20 minutes at a time in the bathroom.

Not smoke inside or within 20 feet from Pie in the Sky.

Not leave food or other perishable items on the floor. They must be kept in a cabinet or refrigerator in the kitchen.

Not hang or nail anything on the wall or ceiling without permission.

Not bring anyone to the Pie in the Sky location without permission.

Not participate in sexual activities at Pie in the Sky.

Not possess drugs or illegal substances at Pie in the Sky.

Not possess guns or weapons at Pie in the Sky.

Not engage in disorderly conduct, violence, sexual harassment, racial slurs, insults, or drunk behaviors at Pie in the Sky.

Pie in the Sky is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
